I believe we all have a desire to create and we are here on this beautiful planet earth to fully know ourselves. The playful, creative process helps us tap into that essence of who we are!

As a teacher, artist, and intuitive guide, my intention is to uplift, inspire, and, empower people of all ages through the creative art process, movement + mindful practices. Creating intuitively helps us see the beauty within ourselves, in each other, and in all life on this earth.

My courses encourage you to challenge your mind, engage your heart, move your body, and, use your hands to create wonderful works of art, all while realizing your fabulous authenticity and magnificence!

LOVE-YOGA FEST

Thank you Tiz for all that you offer at our in-school workshops, lunch programs, and recently, our Faith Day workshop. We had such an amazing morning. I thoroughly enjoyed the yoga and guided meditation and I know our staff did too. The painting experience was so awesome. I love the collaborative piece!!!!! Tiz uses her gifted and intuitive approach to holding space for the participants with compassion, respect, a sense of humor, and a genuine interest in everyone’s journey. She created an environment where I felt safe to explore and express myself. This resulted in bringing parts of myself I didn’t know as well to the surface and has allowed me to uncover myself and shift and heal many issues in my life. I always leave knowing myself better, with a feeling of freedom and a bounce in my step eager to return to one of her next offerings. I also feel like a true artist despite the fact that I had not picked up a paintbrush since kindergarten. This is high-level spirituality done in a light and fun way.
